Where is my order?
All orders are shipped from our 3PL warehouse in Prestons, NSW. You should receive confirmation and tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it's on a weekday. If you placed your order over the weekend, tracking details will be emailed to you on the next business day.
Your order should arrive within 5-7 working days through our delivery partners, which include Aramex, Australia Post, StarTrack Express, Couriers Please, and TNT.
A link to your tracking details will be included in your order fulfillment email. If you haven't received your order within 7 working days, please contact our Customer Service team at support@glucanine.com.au for assistance.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. At this point, our fulfillment team promptly begins packing and processing your order for delivery.
If you no longer require your products, you can return them using our free returns service or by contacting our support team at support@glucanine.com.au. We will arrange your refund once we receive the products at our warehouse.
What can I do if I have included the wrong or incorrect address?
Please take extra care when entering your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is placed, we only have a short window to amend the address. Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.
Can you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes, we can deliver to a PO Box, as we work with various delivery partners. However, delivery may be slower than expected when using a PO Box address.

What delivery options do you offer?
Australian Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): $9.95 flat rate or free for orders over $99.
- Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 3 pm Monday-Friday): Available in metropolitan areas. Confirmation and tracking emails will keep you updated.
International Delivery
- Rest of World Standard Delivery (10-21 working days): $19.95
Please note, delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather, customs delays, local postal delays, or tech updates.
How do I check the status of my delivery?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is ready to ship, our delivery partners will send you an email with tracking information and a link to track your package online.
If the link is no longer active or went to your spam folder, please contact our Customer Support team at support@glucanine.com.au, and we can resend the email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via debit or credit cards, including American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, as well as payments made through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Payments.
My discount code is not working, what can I do?
Please check that you've entered the discount code correctly, as discount codes are case-sensitive and may use a combination of numbers and letters. Ensure the code has not expired.

Do I need to set up an account to order online? And what if I forget my online password?
Setting up an account is optional, but it allows you to receive updates on new product launches, sales, and discount codes. If you prefer, you can checkout as a guest.
For account setup, you only need your contact and shipping information. If you forget your password, click on the prompts at the Account Login section, and you’ll receive an email to reset it.
